Joiner and Leaver Processes
Joiner Process
We will be registering each new employee under the social security file of employer with the social security office. The new employee will be also set-up in out payroll software.
Leaver Process
As part of leaver process, we will be deregistering the employee with the social security office and will perform the following tasks,
Calculation of Termination Benefits (Scenario calculations should be separately discussed)
Preparation of Work Certificate and Last Payslip
