What you receive, at a glance

On onboarding Takeover checklist, reconciled opening balances, compliance-gap review
Every month Management reporting pack, payroll summary, filed-returns confirmation
Always available A named English-speaking contact and a live view of what is due and when

The process, step by step

  1. Discovery call. We map your entity, your HQ reporting needs and where the current setup is exposed — then send a fixed-fee proposal.
  2. Onboarding & takeover. We collect records, take over the e-Ledger and e-Invoice authorisations, reconcile the prior period and close any compliance gaps.
  3. First monthly close. We run your first close and deliver a reporting pack in your group format so you can see the standard immediately.
  4. Monthly rhythm. Bookkeeping, payroll and tax filings run on a fixed calendar; your HQ receives the pack on an agreed date each month.
  5. Always-on compliance. Deadlines, audits and tax-office correspondence are handled for you, with one point of contact who answers in English.

Sample deliverables

See an entire illustrative CFO reporting pack: Open our sample management report for a Turkish subsidiary →. It includes P&L vs budget, cash, working capital, group mapping and a compliance tracker; you can print or save it as a PDF.

These are representative examples of the standard documents — every client’s pack is tailored to their entity and group format.

1. Onboarding & takeover checklist

A single tracker that gets your entity fully transferred with no filing gap.

  • e-Defter & e-Fatura authorisation transfer — status
  • Tax-office and SGK access — confirmed
  • Prior-period trial balance received & reconciled
  • Open incentives / exemptions identified
  • Compliance-gap review — issues and fixes

2. Monthly management reporting pack

Typical contents, in your group format and in English:

Profit & loss (month, YTD, budget) Group format
Balance sheet & net cash position TRY + reporting currency
Cash movement & short-term outlook Monthly
KPI summary (revenue, margin, headcount cost) Board view
Variance commentary + statutory reconciliation 1 page

3. Turkish tax & compliance calendar

Your obligations mapped so nothing is a surprise:

Obligation Frequency
VAT (KDV) return Monthly, following month
Withholding & SGK declaration (Muhtasar ve Prim Hizmet Beyannamesi) Monthly, following month
Provisional (advance) corporate tax During the year
Annual corporate tax return April
e-Ledger (e-Defter) berat upload On schedule

4. Fully loaded employer-cost model

Explore the 2027 headcount budget simulator (10, 25 and 50 employees) →

Before you hire, the true monthly cost of a role — gross salary, employer SGK contribution and on-costs — so your HQ budgets the real number, not just gross.

5. Compliance status view

A simple green/amber view of every filing: what is done, what is due next, and anything that needs a decision — so your board is never in the dark about the Turkish entity.

What a useful English management reporting pack looks like

For a group CFO evaluating a 2027 accounting provider, the output matters as much as the bookkeeping fee. The following example is fabricated to demonstrate formatting only; it is not an actual client result or a promise of a specific reporting deadline.

Monthly P&L (TRY million) Actual Budget Variance
Revenue 12.4 12.0 +0.4
Cost of sales 7.2 7.0 +0.2 expense
Operating expenses 2.6 2.8 −0.2 expense
EBITDA (illustrative) 2.6 2.2 +0.4

Sample CFO commentary: Revenue is 3.3% above plan. Higher direct costs are offset by operating-cost savings, resulting in illustrative EBITDA of TRY 2.6 million versus TRY 2.2 million budget. Confirm drivers, one-off items and group accounting policy before circulation.

The supporting control schedule

  • Balance sheet: trial balance, bank reconciliation, aged receivables/payables and material adjustments.
  • Compliance register: VAT, withholding, payroll and e-Ledger filing status with owner and evidence.
  • Local-to-group bridge: VUK statutory balances mapped to the group chart, with identified IFRS/US GAAP adjustments where required by engagement scope.
  • Open items: exceptions, decision owner, target resolution date and impact on the following month’s close.

For your 2027 budget: ask whether the supplier’s quoted fee includes all of these outputs, group currency translation, and the target close day.

What a typical month looks like

Days 1–5: we collect the month’s invoices, bank data and payroll inputs. Days 5–10: bookkeeping and the monthly close. By day 12–15: your reporting pack is delivered. Through the month: tax and SGK filings are prepared and submitted on their deadlines, and we handle any tax-office correspondence — with one contact you can reach in English throughout.
